Account Management and Billing

Anything to do with the administration of your FolioStop account, including setting up a subscription, payments, invoicing, and domain names, happens in the 'My Account' area.

Follow the link below to log in now:

You will need to use your registered email address and the password you chose when you signed up. If you forget your password you can request a new one on the login page.

Activating your subscription

Once your 14-day free trial is over you will be asked by email to activate your subscription. Assuming you want to continue with FolioStop, simply follow the instructions once you have logged into "My Account".

Set Up Fee

There is a one-off set up fee that must be paid before you can activate your subscription. This is £50 + VAT. Once this has been paid you will be asked to create a subscription.

Subscription Packages

Our current standard subscription package costs £15 per month + VAT.

Please note: We will be introducing options for the subscription packages in due course, and we reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. However, any changes will not affect you until the end of your current subscription period.

Subscription Periods

You can pay in increments of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
If you pay for 6 months we will give you an extra month free, and if you pay for 12 months we will give you 2 months extra free.

Renewing Your Subscription

When your subscription period is drawing to a close, you will be sent emails reminding you to renew. Again, this is done by logging in to 'My Account' and following the instructions.

Invoices

Invoices will be emailed to you once payment has been made. You can also print off your invoices from My Account.

Invoices

Each time you make a payment or we take an automatic subscription payment, you will be sent an invoice via email.

You can also view and print off all of your invoices in My Account:

Billing

All prices are quoted ex-VAT. FolioStop customers are a mixture of VAT registered companies and non VAT registered companies and individuals, so for the avoidance of confusion it makes sense to quote all prices ex-VAT.
